In the case of complex manufacturing processes involved in car and aircraft manufacture, DOE laser modules can be an extremely useful and important part of the manufacturing process. Wind resistance and drag co-efficient analysis which are modelled extensively prior to manufacturing can provide an enhanced final product. Using a laser module DOE as a grid or parallel lines can give the best spatial measurement when inspecting the final product against the original design. The measured results will ensure that the final product has met the required specifications. Our DOEs can be added onto or be integrated into our FLEXPOINT® laser modules.
