Ultra-small IR detector

VIGO Photonics would like to introduce our ultra-small IR detection module. It features a wide spectral range from 2um to 14um. It has a high responsivity with a large dynamic range and very convenient to use. The bandwidth for such module is between 10Hz to 1MHz.

The module is based on HgCdTe heterostructure with an optical immersion lens and it is thermoelectrically cooled. It is integrated with transimpedance, AC coupled preamplifier.

The SM-I-12 has a possibility to manually adjust gain of the signal. A 3° wedged zinc selenide anti-reflection coated window prevents unwanted interference effects. SM-I-12 is easy to assembly in space limited measuring systems of FTIR applications.
