29 Sep 2022 LASER COMPONENTS manufactures the FLEXPOINT MVmicro series which was developed for standalone machine vision applications primarily in use together with industrial cameras in 3D measurements. The MVmicro lasers are available with different line optics and wavelengths. With output powers of up to 100mW and a sophisticated focusing mechanism it makes them a universal tool for industrial inspection and 3D triangulation. These laser modules have a uniform line and an adjustable focus without removing the line optics. It also has digital and analogue modulation options along with a ruggedised housing for industrial environments.
There are various focus options available: standard focus, which provides a good balance between depth of focus and line thickness, a thin line or an enhanced depth of focus. There are also many wavelengths that can be selected starting at 405nm and going up to 830nm.
