19 Nov 2021 N-BK7 is one of the most common glasses used to produce high-quality optical components, especially for the visible spectrum. It contains very few inclusions and is almost free of bubbles. It is a relatively hard material and has uniform transmission through-out the visible and near-infrared spectra and down to 350 nm in the ultraviolet.
