Over the last few years, EKSMA Optics has been consistently investing and expanding its CNC optical lens polishing facility. New advanced manufacturing equipment and skilled production workforce have increased the manufacturing volume of aspheric lenses while building our capabilities to offer even higher precision quality.

We can offer high flexibility in aspheric lens production from single-piece prototypes to batches. EKSMA Optics engineers can handle your request from custom optical design according to your specifications to final quality control of the manufactured components. Our precision aspheric lenses can be supplied uncoated or with high-performance anti-reflection coatings optimized for your application.

Stock aspheric lenses:

• Made of N-BK7, high refractive index S-LAH64 glass or UV Fused Silica
• Diameters from 12.5 mm to 50.8 mm
• New lenses with short focal lengths added to our catalog!

Custom aspheric lenses:

• Made of variety of optical glass types or UV fused silica
• Diameters from 10 mm to 120 mm
• Asphere figure error (P-V) ±0.5 µm
• Surface form deviation (RMS) ≤0.3 µm
