With four variants to choose from – Plain, 45º type and Laserline Generator and Graded Index types – as well as our custom-made optics, Knight Optical's range of Rod Lenses meets the most complex of Optical System requirements.
A particular type of Cylindrical Lens, our Rod Lenses are typically manufactured in Borosilicate (or equivalent); ideal for Optical Systems operating over the visible and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths. What's more, we also offer a range of Rod Lenses in UV Grade Fused Silica for applications working in the ultraviolet (UV) waveband down to 185nm.
As well as custom-made Rod Lenses, we also offer a stock range in a variety of shapes and sizes – and, if required, with custom coatings tailored to meet your specifications. Alongside our vast range of stock and custom-made offerings, we also supply Rod Lenses as mounted and unmounted components and polishing on both ends.
