18 Mar 2019 LASER COMPONENTS offers the complete range of Omega Optical filters to customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Amongst this range are specialist photolithography stepper filters and mask aligner filters. The PL-360LP long-pass mask aligner filter provides improved exposures and sharper, straighter feature walls for SU-8 photoresist. The filter has a nominal cut-on wavelength of 360nm. Longer wavelengths are transmitted, including the mercury lines: 365nm, 405nm and 436nm. Visible light transmission is around 90%, which allows for good visualisation of the mask alignment through the optical filter.
The PL-360LP is readily available in the standard size of 165x165mm, with a thickness of 2mm, and can be produced to custom sizes upon request.
