Small Cube, Piezo-Positioner, Large Ranges: 250 µm

nanoFaktur has been offering small (40x40x44 mm) 3D-positioning stages for a while now. The travel-ranges for all three axes have been 100 µm. The advantage of our stages has been the high-dynamics made possibe by high-resonance-frequencies. Now, nanoFaktur R&D have managed to design a version with 250x250x250 µm in the same envelope!
