Custom laser optics with advanced Ion Beam Sputtered coatings

EKSMA Optics in-house ion beam sputtering (IBS) coating facility allows us to manufacture a range of advanced optical components for laser applications. Custom optics with your desired specifications can be produced even in small batches.

IBS coatings feature:

EKSMA Optics has expertise in designing and fabrication of custom IBS coatings for various applications throughout 340 – 3000 nm spectral region. All of the components supplied by EKSMA Optics are subject to high quality testing and certification in our quality control laboratory.

We offer:

• Laser mirror coatings (laser line HR>99.95% or broadband HR>99.8%)
• Anti-reflection coatings AR<0.05%
• Beamsplitter coatings with tolerance +/- 0.2%
• Filters/Dichroic mirrors, HR>99.9% and HT>99.0%
• Thin film polarizers, Rs>99.8% and Tp>99.8%

Following the inquiries on high power laser optical components we have also extended the range of IBS coated optics in our standard catalogue selection: we now offer a range of dichroic mirrors and Nd:YAG Laser Line harmonic separators with high transmission (T>98%) off-the-shelf.
