The TAG Inspector, designed with the spirit and versatility of a digital microscope, is a full featured 3D inspection system geared for demanding and high-speed industrial applications. The system, equipped with a high speed camera, can image multiple locations in real time with full telecentricity and high z-axis precision. The total volume observed spans over 60x the native system depth of field without loss in lateral resolution.
