The Focus Beam Profiler FBP-1KF is a robust and extremely compact analysis system for focused lasers with up to 400W power. The integrated CMOS sensor with USB3.0 interface enables precise real-time measurements of spot sizes between 70μm-2,5mm.

With dimensions of only 98 x 98 x 60mm³, maximum flexibility is guaranteed.

The FBP-1KF based on a multi-stage high-performance attenuator. An additional filter insert supports optimal adaptation of the attenuation to the respective laser power. The optic design allows broadband use from 320nm to 1150nm and covers all main wavelengths in material processing.

The focused laser beam is guided directly to the sensor without imaging optics. Complex corrections of laser power-dependent image errors are no longer necessary.

The location of the measurement plane is calibrated to ensure highest possible accuracy. In addition, an absolute power calibration for a specific wavelength is also possible.

The use of clean air prevents the ingress of dust and particles into the measuring instrument. As a result, the system operates reliably under hard industrial conditions.

In conjunction with the RayCi software the FBP system can be integrated into external control and production applications, independent of the platform and remote controllable via the existing XML interface.

The FBP-1KF is used in material processing, e.g. in service and maintenance of 3d metal printers, in the automotive industry as well as in display and semiconductor applications.
