Precision Aspherical Lenses

EKSMA Optics has extended company’s production capabilities of precision aspherical optics. We have added a wide choice of standard aspherical lenses from UV Fused Silica, N-BK7 and S-LAH64 (n=1.788 @ 588 nm) glass to our product catalogue.

The new CNC grinding and polishing facility gives us high flexibility in manufacturing of small batches of lenses with custom design using your drawings and polished to highest specification requirements. Items can be supplied with anti-reflection coatings.

Specifications of EKSMA Optics precision aspheres:

• Material: N-BK7 or N-LAH64 glass
• Surface quality: 40-20 scratch & dig
• Asphere figure error P-V: ±1 µm
• Surface form deviation RMS: ≤0.5 µm
• Diameter range from 6 mm to 150 mm

Precision Axicons

We have also added a list of precision grade plano-convex axicons from UV Fused Silica to our catalogue. We produce axicons with apex angle up to 179.5° with ±3 arcmin angle tolerance, apex rounding just dia
