25 Aug 2016 Zaber's new motorized goniometers (GSM) are positioning devices with high thrust and speed capabilities. Available in two stackable sizes with 40 and 60 mm centre of rotation options, this device has a 30 N load capacity. The GSM has the same footprint and mounting as our original goniometer, but has a lower price, more travel, better wiring, a smaller motor, and the ability to stack easily due to interlocking alignment features. Designed to interface with Zaber’s X-MCB1 and X-MCB2 controllers.
Some applications may include fibre alignment, optics adjustment, spherical scanning or probing, and OEM integration.
