Thema ImageIR 10300 - Thermography in Full HD quality | |
23 Aug 2016 ImageIR® 10300: Cooled detector of (1,920 × 1,536) IR pixels allows measurement results in previously unknown image quality For the acquisition and representation of temperature distribution on the surface of the measuring and test objects the detector format plays a crucial role. InfraTec’s new ImageIR® 10300 series features the world's first radiometric camera with a cooled detector of (1,920 × 1,536) IR pixels for industry and science. This latest model of the high-end ImageIR® series allows Full HD quality images. The geometric resolution is absolutely essential, if it is judged on the measurement result and its representation as a thermal image, because every IR pixel provides a single temperature measuring point. A comparison to another widely used detector format underlines, what enormous information is gained by the detector of the ImageIR® 10300. With its almost 3,000,000 readings, this means there is almost ten times the amount of potential information available, compared to the detector format of (640 × 480) IR pixels with its 307,200 readings. Perfect solution for most demanding tasks With the ImageIR® 10300 the thermal images in Full HD come amazingly close to the image quality of photos. This facilitates detecting thermal abnormalities, for example in structures that are only a few microns. For those who work with such a camera, expenses, time and costs decrease using this solution for measurement and inspection tasks. Furthermore, the list of appropriate applications includes active thermography, aerial thermography and site surveillance as well. Users in these disciplines will also benefit from the 10 GigE interface. The data rate of 10 Gbit/s allows significantly higher frame rates while in full screen mode. As a result the ImageIR® 10300 achieves a full frame transfer rate up to 100 Hz. The connection is completely immune to electromagnetic interference, thanks to modern fiber optic cable technology, and can extend over distances from several meters to tens of kilometers. Superior infrared precision optics, robust control and analysis software coupled with various trigger and flexible integration options qualify the complete ImageIR® series for use in industrial environments. With thermal resolution of 0.015 K and maximum frame rates of 25,000 Hz, this provides users with perfect possibilities to select the model that fulfils their requirements the most. The state-of-the art IRBIS® 3 software family completes the ImageIR® series enabling for fast analysis of thermographic image data and for comfortably drafting thermographic reports. Packages of several levels are available with application specific expansion modules. The modular software concept permits a tailored program configuration and facilitates its application in any field. Special expansion modules offer useful additional functions. Various control and acquisition software allows to control the infrared camera directly from the computer or tablet computer. For more info please click here! |
