The model T60XYZ-13L10A, XYZ Translation Stage is stacked by 2 units of Linear Translation Stage T60X-13L and a Vertical Stage T60Z-10A. This XYZ stage provides 13 mm in X and Y, 10 mm of vertical travel in Z and offers 3 kg of loading.

The modular type also can stack a Manual Rotation Stage R60A-L on the top platform.
