Exceptional Stiffness and Thermal Stability with Zaber’s New Stage

Zaber’s new linear stage (X-LRM-E) is ideal for multi-axis configurations or applications where stability under cantilever loads is required. The hardened steel construction and integrated recirculating ball bearing guide provides stiffness and thermal stability.

Stage lengths vary from 25 to 200 mm, up to 8um of accuracy and 50 nm resolution. Load capacity of the X-LRM-E is 50 kg, and peak thrust is 50 N.

The motor encoder provides position feedback, and the built-in controller allows for daisy-chaining with other Zaber products. The X-LRM-E is able to daisy-chain power with other X-Series devices, and is designed for easy set up and operation. Most multi-axis configurations can be made without external hardware. Versions without an encoder (X-LRM) also available.
