07 May 2015 A new 785nm 600mW wavelength stabilized laser diode is used as pumping source of Raman spectroscopy. Utilizing Bragg grating the emitting wavelength is stabilized at 785nm across large current range, providing very small wavelength tolerance and narrow bandwidth.
The diode is hermitically sealed in a 14-pins butterfly package and comes with TEC, thermistor and monitor photodiode.
