New LLTF Contrast filter plus WhiteLase™ supercontinuum – the ultimate tunable picosecond laser source | |
31 Jul 2013 With the unique LLTF Contrast™ filter, the Fianium WhiteLase™ Supercontinuum source really becomes an ultra-broadband tunable picosecond laser. This revolutionary filter transmits a 2nm wide “laser-line” from the supercontinuum output while providing blocking of greater than OD6 for the remaining spectrum. The VIS-2 version of the filter is continuously tunable from 400nm to 1000nm and, with the latest WhiteLase SC400-6 supercontinuum laser, will provide 1-5mW at any wavelength in this range. The additional SWIR version is tuneable from 1000nm to 2300nm so virtually the full supercontinuum spectral range can be covered with just two filters. With the wavelength flexibility offered, the WhiteLase Supercontinuum laser and LLTF Contrast filter is the perfect combination for fluorescence applications including lifetime measurements. The narrow bandwidth also makes the source ideal for high resolution broadband spectroscopy and optical characterisation. As with all Fianium filter accessories, the LLTF Contrast is completely plug-and-play and requires no user alignment or calibration. Computer control of the filter is via USB and an intuitive Graphical User Interface enables discrete wavelength selection and advanced features such as wavelength scanning.
