18 Apr 2013 nanoplus now also offers optimized photo detectors for their DFB lasers. They are especially suited for sensing applications. The InGaAsSb based photodiodes are applicable for detection in the wavelength range from 1000 nm to 2600 nm. With their large photosensitive active diameters of 1, 2 or 3 mm they are specifically designed for high performance gas sensing, process and environmental control, analytical instruments as well as for OEM-products of all kinds.
