Extremely precise machining is possible due to the shape of the saw blade and CNC control. Substrates with a thickness between 0.5mm and 80mm can be manufactured with a diameter of up to 2“, and different types of fused silica glass can be processed as well as less expensive BK7.
Both the substrate surfaces are then ground and polished. We are able to produce either flat or curved surfaces. For any new radius of curvature, there will be no tooling charge.
