18 Dec 2012 The Exemplar® range of smart, miniature CCD spectrometers features on-board spectral data processing, including averaging, smoothing and automatic dark subtraction.
Available from Pacer, the Exemplar supports 32 channels of synchronous operation with ultra-low trigger delay of 14ns and gate jitter of +/-1ns. Exemplar features a 2048 element detector and built-in 16-bit digitizer with >2.0 MHz readout speed, plus temperature compensation for ultra-low thermal drift. Fast Superspeed USB 3.0 provides data transfer of up to 900 spectra per second.
The Exemplar is ideal for most UV, Vis, and NIR applications with spectral configurations from 200nm - 1050nm and resolution from 0.5nm - 4.0nm. Exemplar Plus has a built-in shutter, allowing for dark scan measurements, and high SNR. Exemplar LS is optimised for low straylight.
Applications include Process Monitoring, Multipoint Sampling, Kinetic Reaction Monitoring, Wavelength Identification, High Speed Binning and Sorting, Low Light Spectroscopy and Gas and Water Analysis.
