The company's cutting-edge technology holds independent intellectual property protection. RaySung can manufacture lensed fiber into a variety of different shapes that include oblique wedge-shape, wedge-shape, cone-shape and spherical. Metallic coating and FC packaging can also be applied. The physical dimensions of the lensed fiber are controllable with more than 80 percent coupling efficiency possible. RaySung's equipment is uniquely designed in-house, enabling the company to improve on any design to meet the most demanding customer requirements. The company has 32 work stations within its lensed fiber facility, with a monthly production capacity of nearly 20,000 pieces.
