27 Nov 2012 The Photon RT UV-VIS-NIR scanning research spectrophotometers are designed to measure various optical performance characteristics of thin film coatings. The instrument is produced in six configurations relative to the effective spectral range meeting individual customer measurement needs - from 380-1700 nm up to 200-4000 nm.
The configuration of the PHOTON RT spectrophotometer in many respects changes the approach to the simplicity and speed of measurements. In addition to basic functions, the measurement of reflection and transmission in polarized light without any additional fixtures is provided as standard.
Original optical design with the reference channel provides for vast possibilities including measurements at different angles of incidence and calculation of the optical density in the range 0-4 (D). The minimum size of parts is 12x10mm, while the maximum can be up to 120mm in diameter.
Key features:
- Measurement of transmittance: T, Ts, Tp (for angles of incidence within 0-60˚), calculation of T(s+p)/2 for a any given angle of incidence
- Measurement of reflectance: R, Rs, Rp (for angles of incidence within 8-60˚), calculation of R(s+p)/2 for a any given angle of incidence
- Measuring of light scattering indicatrix for transmission and reflectance
- Calculation of integral values of R and Т for specified spectral range
- Calculation of color coordinates
- Calculation of the sample optical density within 0-4 (D) range. |
