As the IP for these efforts is maintained by us, we can offer them as customizable test platforms to help save you money in your product testing. We currently offer the following test platforms:
300 Pin MSA Transponder Test System
Our MSA Transponder Test System allows the simultaneous testing of two 40G transponders. The system provides all of the required power and communications signals defined in the 300-pin MSA, including the I2C interface. The tester provides PRBS generation and checking, along with custom pattern and individual SFI-5 lane testing. Full control and monitoring of the I2C interface is provided, allowing validation of the correct command response sequences, as well as the verification that responses are received within the allotted time windows. The microprocessor controlled tester with Ethernet and RS232 interfaces supports integration with other measurement instruments, allowing the creation of a fully autonomous test platform. The tester comes with a host PC application to allow easy configuration and use.
