Redfern Integrated Optics Introduces New RIO Colorado™ Tunable Laser Benchtop Source

Redfern Integrated Optics Inc. (RIO) expands its portfolio of industry-leading low noise laser modules and subsystems with the introduction of the RIO Colorado™ Tunable Laser Source. This new product platform is a feature-rich extension of RIO’s ORION™ and PLANEX™ product series – available in a fully integrated benchtop configuration.

In addition to unrivaled reliability and performance, the RIO Colorado laser source provides exceptional value and ease-of-use with 20mW output power, wide wavelength tunability, C- or L-band wavelength options, very low RIN, narrow (≤ 25 kHz) linewidth, very fast frequency and amplitude modulation. External monitoring and control can be achieved via a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and a USB connection.
