23 Jul 2012 Laser Quantum has announced the launch of their new tau 671nm laser. The tau is Laser Quantum’s smallest laser and its compact mono-block design makes it an ideal choice for OEM integration. The tau has an exceptional output of up to 50mW with a highly stable, diffraction limited beam. It is a high specification, single transverse mode cw red laser making it ideal for Raman spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.
