Fast Driver – BFS-VRM 03

The BFS-VRM 03 is one of the world’s fastest analogue modulated drivers for seed applications such as DVD-disk mastering and printing. The output current from zero to 2.5A is delivered on a single board suitable for OEM integration with enough power to overdrive single mode diodes. Pulse widths span 1ns to CW and are continuously addressable via an analogue input signal, representing a global first. The maximum output power from the driver is 12.5W pulsed or 2.5W CW.
