The NPXY75Z10A is a closed-loop XYZ nanopositioner with 75μm x 75μm x 10μm range of motion. Its compact design allows easy integration in space-constrained applications that require precision motion control. It can be easily integrated in JEOL AFMs to provide closed-loop scanning capability.
