27 Mar 2012 High power laser has become a popular option in machining industry such as cutting, welding, drilling etc. The problems with high power laser machining are the lifespan of lens could be shorten due to improper heat sink and machining quality will degrade over the time. Hence, our Laser Cutting Head (LCH) was developed with proper heat sink mechanism to address the problems.
There are two methods of heat evacuation either by water or cooled-air injection. This cutting head is suitable used to cut thick acrylic, paper, clothe, metal slab etc. Following tabulates the specifications of our laser cutting head.
