30 Mar 2012 Wavelength Technology provides abundant array of motorized zoom beam expansion from UV to IR, narrow bandwidth to broadband.
BXZ-MOT has identical optical properties as manual type Zoom Beam Expander while it is offering fully automated adjustment mechanism. That means manual adjustment will be avoided and it can be remotely done. Therefore, operator safety will be secured if it is handling relatively high power laser. A controlling module and operating software will be provided as a package together with the beam expander.
The available magnification is continuous from 0.3-1x, 0.5-5x, 1-3x, 1-8x and customized. The beam divergence can be compensated using the slide bars in the controlling program. As the result of this, the software will send a command to the controlling module and it generates signal pulses to the step-motors for lens group adjustment to achieve beam magnification and divergence controlled. User may fine tune any magnification ratio and save it other than the preset magnification.
