30 Sep 2011 Precision Manufacturing of Lenses:
Increasing demands on laser optics have brought about improvements in the quality and precision of raw substrates. To meet these demands the production of spherical lenses has become one of LASER COMPONENTS’ core competencies.
High quality verification:
To guarantee the highest quality of our products, our lenses are verified by independent companies as well as using industry standard calibrated instruments. With our standard manufacturing process we achieve a medium roughness of < 0.3nm on conventional fused silica and < 0.4nm on BK7.
Prototype and volume production at reasonable prices:
In Germany, we produce both custom prototypes and volume production optics. Through easy European transport networks, delivery times remain short and our lenses are attractively priced. In addition to custom lenses, we also have a large range of optical components in stock. Currently, we have over 1000 uncoated substrates and more than 2500 coated laser optics. Just call or email us with your requirements.
