13 Sep 2011 LASER COMPONENTS can now offer a range of hard coated laser line long pass filters that not only offer a very steep edge but also a high transmission of >90% with deep OD6 blocking. These hard coated filters are traditionally very costly due to the slow sputter coating process, but we are able to offer these at a much more competitive price without affecting performance.
We have a range of standard filters with cut on wavelengths at 355, 488, 514, 532, 633, 785 and 1064nm. Custom designs are also available for any wavelength between 355nm and 1064nm. The edge steepness performance is <1.5% whilst the damage threshold is approx >1Jcm2@ 10ns pulse at 532nm.
