28 Mar 2011 Mad City Labs, Inc. announces the introduction of the Nano-F3D lens nanopositioning system. The Nano-F3D is designed to position an objective lens in 3 dimensions with sub-nanometer accuracy and repeatability.
With a travel range of 100 μm in each axis, the Nano-F3D is suitable for 4Pi microscopy as well as other imaging and inspection applications.
