The LC-LMD-650-12 is a 650nm laser diode module available in either 1mW or 5mW options.
Maintaining the theme of compact size and affordability – where low cost is of the essence - this 10.5mm diameter module offers the added advantage of precise coaxial alignment, where the output beam is aligned to the centre line of the device.
In addition to exhibiting a coaxial precision figure of < 0.1 degree, the module also features an APC (auto power control) IC inside the unit.
Operated from a 3V supply, this module finds a home in numerous areas of application, including industrial alignment, laser game hardware and portable sensing instrumentation.
