NT242 series tunable wavelength kHz laser system delivers no gap tuning from 210 to 2600 nm

25 Oct 2010

EKSPLA Laser Company is pleased to announce a new tunable wavelength laser system. It is first on the market UV-VIS-IR laser system with kHz repetition rate. The tunable pulsed laser system consists of a DPSS Q-switched laser and OPO integrated in a single compact housing. The computer-controlled system delivers hands free no-gap wavelength tuning from 210 to 2600 nm. Up to 1000 Hz repetition rate speeds up data collection and establishes NT242 series laser as a versatile tool for many laboratory applications. Up to 500 mW output power in visible and more than 40 mW output power in UV makes NT242 series lasers an excellent choice for a wide range of applications including; spectroscopy, photobiology, laser induced fluorescence, photolysis, remote sensing, LIDAR and many others.

As a standard feature the laser system has a separate output for the 355 nm pump beam. Outputs for 1064, 532 and 266 nm are available on request.

Due to diode pumping and a robust design, the laser requires little maintenance and no external cooling water. Virtually no warm-up time (few seconds) and build-in OPO pump energy monitoring (allows to check pump laser performance without use of external power meters) ensure customer friendly and reliable operation of the whole system. Simple operation as well as monitoring of output parameters makes system convenient for integration into measurement setups.
NT242 series laser can be controlled from computer using LabView drivers (included) or from the user-friendly remote control pad. The control pad allows easy control of all the laser settings and features a backlit graphical display which is easy to read even through laser safety goggles
Customized configurations are available on request.
