27 Sep 2010 PhotonTec Berlin introduces a hermetically sealed miniature 532nm green solid state laser in butterfly package. By adopting diode laser coupling technique the laser output is coupled into a 62.5µm or 105µm fiber with special micro optics. The laser is actively cooled with TEC and emits an output power of up to 200mW at fiber end with <1% power stability over 8 hours. Standard burn-in procedures used in the semiconductor field ensure reliability, stability and long lifetime. The laser is also available with detachable fiber output.
The application includes medical equipment, biology and projection etc.
