The spectral resolution of up to 1.6 nm and the modulation of the light source allows to measure transmission and reflectance without additional bulky accessories with high accuracy, regardless of ambient light. The new stylish design, fast measuring speed (less than 1 sec) and enlarged object table provides for the unique opportunities to measure plane substrates with the maximum diameter of 200 mm and thickness of 50 mm.
