24 Feb 2010 EKSMA OPTICS offers F-Theta Lenses The F-Theta Lens is designed to provide a flat field on the image plane for scanning and engraving applications where a high power laser and set of rotating mirrors are used to scan across a given field.
F-Theta lenses are available of two diameters: 104 and 90 mm for wavelengths of 1064 nm and 532 nm. Other available non standard dia 90 mm F-theta lenses wavelengths and focuses:
1064 nm: f=130 mm
532 nm: f=63, 120 mm
355 nm: f=63, 160 mm
