18 Nov 2009 From UV to NIR, the Tunable Laser Source can reach up 1300 nm of tuning range with sub-nm linewidth (FWHM). Ideal as a calibration tool or an excitation source. The Tunable Laser Source was originally developed for the wavelength calibration of astronomical instruments in VIS-NIR. Narrow bandwidth, a large tuning range, and a highly precise and accurate wavelength were successfully achieved. Because of this successful development, the Tunable Laser Source is now offered with different spectral resolutions for wavelength calibration of photometric and radiometric instruments in UV to NIR range. Due to the built-in flexibility of the Tunable Source, the type of source, or the spectral resolution, and thus the optical performance, can be modified to meet our customers' needs. The Tunable Source is an ideal instrument for wavelength calibration of both laboratory and field equipment, for which portable, durable, and resistant instruments are required. |
