27 Aug 2009 The stabilizing agent of polishing liquid and anti-corroding liquid have effectively solved the problem of corroding, which happened on the optical components in polishing and storage before coating. 1. The product is to be used in the polishing liquid of optical glass pieces for high speed polishing and low speed polishing. It can be also used in the circulating coolant for optical pieces centering.
2. Mixed with 1-3 percent, the stabilizer can enable the polishing liquid ranging its pH value between 6 and 7, and hold the value as long as over 100 hours, which can protect the glass pieces very effectively from corroding.
3. Polishing with PW stabilizer can make the non-corroding ratio of the optical pieces surface ascending over 90% and make the surface defect grade of optical pieces polished in high speed reaching Grade 11-111. |
