Output powers: 350 mW-3 W. 14-pin butterfly series covers a range of standard wavelengths, but supports all custom laser wavelengths offered by Modulight (from 630 nm to 1650 nm). The released wavelengths found their way to applications in medical, industrial, defense and research activities already from 2008. The butterfly modules can embed most of the Modulight's high-power multimode single emitter products, offering broad wavelength and power level coverage. Currently, following wavelengths and power levels are offered as standard products:
