04 Mar 2009 Gentec-EO introduces its new HP60A-3KW-HE high power detector. This water-cooled detector can measure an average power of up to 3 kW. The broadband coating is ideally suited for YAG, CO2, and diode lasers. A low sensitivity to the cooling water temperature and the flow rate goes without saying.
The detector excels with its extreme accuracy across the entire measurement range. There are two types available. In the –DO model, the detector can be connected as usual to one of Gentec’s readout units (e.g., the Solo2 or P-Link) using the DB15 connector. In the –HE model, the detector can be connected directly to a PC or laptop via USB. This second model eliminates the need for an additional monitor, and the data can be readout with the help of the software provided. |
