02 Mar 2009 This circuit was developed to aid manufactures of optical equipment in using linear detectors arrays with their optical setup without requiring specialised knowledge of electronics. These circuits make it easy for optical equipment manufacturers to incorporate CCD, PhotoDiode or InGaAs detectors in their equipment. Also Contact Image Sensors (CIS) modules are also supported. Miniature spectrometers available from a number of manufacturers also have a suitable electronic available.
Most often used as the detection element in spectrometers, this combination of linear detector and driver electronic can also be used as position detectors, imaging devices, measuring equipment. |
