In the range from 635 nm – 780 nm cw laser diodes are now available in tiny 3.3 mm housings. If you prefer a module with integrated electronics, we suggest selecting the APC version.
At an operating temperature of up to 70°C these components are used both in heavy industry and in the smallest of light barriers. These housings can be used as a direct alternative to the “small” laser diodes discontinued by Sanyo.
