Laser diode developed by NICHIA Corporation at 488 nm is utilized in a miniature laser diode module CLD-488-XX with temperature stabilization of the laser diode and all optical elements. High pointing stability, low output power fluctuations and stable wavelength are achieved. Customized models can fit wide user requirements.
