30 Apr 2009 Hamamatsu Photonics introduce the latest position sensitive detector (PSD) modules, the C10442 and C10443 series. The C10442 has three versions featuring either a 3 mm, 6 mm or 12 mm linear (1-D) PSD combined with a high performance low noise amplifier circuit, delivering an output of >50 V/mW at 900 nm. The C10443 is also available in three versions, offering either a 4 x 4 mm, 9 x 9 mm or 12 x 12 mm area (2-D) pin cushion PSD combined with a high performance low noise amplifier circuit, giving an output of 60 V/mW at 950 nm. |
