The MSP Sputter system is ideal for the volume manufacture of high precision optical coatings with supreme optical and environmental stabilities.

Already production proven by Oerlikon Optics, the system can be fitted with up to 4 cathodes for the manufacture of edge, band pass and notch filters, as well as AR coatings and TCOs.
