16 Oct 2008 Laser Components Detector Group is pleased to introduce an addition to its APD hybrid product family that is small but extremely fast. At a length of 1.722 cm and a weight of 20 µlb, this is a really handsome package.
The well-known H1-H4 hybrids had a maximum bandwidth of 470 MHz; however, this is where the new H5 just gets started. At a range of 20 kHz – 700 MHz, the new receiver module processes the signals detected by the built-in SAE, SAR, or IAE series APDs. The familiarly high amplification is available across the entire bandwidth at a superbly low noise level. |
