01 Dec 2008 Kaleido Technology now offers ultra-precision tooling for reflective structures and micro-prisms Thanks to state-of-the-art multi-axis diamond-machining equipment, Kaleido Technology has developed and optimized its prism cutting process and material selection to offer smooth, defect-free custom masters with very high precision on groove angles, groove linearity and other critical parameters. Applications include a wide range reflective structures.
1-directional tools are offered in sizes up to 300 x 150 mm, and general 3-directional multi-faceted structures are offered in sizes up to 100 x 100 mm.
