The positioning stage has a piezo inertial drive and offers millimetre range travel and nanometer range steps. High load capacity and long lifetime are ensured by two integrated and preloaded linear ball bearing guides.
An added miniature measuring system, the glass scale of which has an integrated reference point, enables the highest positioning accuracy and repeatability. |
